Getting value out of M365 Copilot from the beginning
We work with organisations that have or are considering M365 Copilot licences and want structured help to get maximum value from them.
We work with you to integrate them into the organisation in a secure and governed way. Find out about our two packages below.
Package one
Envisioning and readiness
This package helps you build the case for M365 Copilot, assesses whether your organisation is ready, identifies the highest-value use cases, and delivers the business case and rollout plan.
Through a tailored set of workshops, facilitated by Marra consultants, you will get:
RAG-rated Readiness Report — This tells you exactly what needs fixing before deploying M365 Copilot, and in what order.
Business Case Document — This gives you ROI evidence to get board approval and a framework to justify the spend over time.
Adoption Roadmap — A phased rollout plan with measurement milestones.
Package two
Enablement and adoption
This package is for organisations who have M365 Copilot licences to deploy. Marra secures the environment, trains users across departments, sets up measurement, and provides adoption recommendations.
Through a tailored set of workshops, facilitated by Marra consultants, you will get:
Security Configuration Document — A record of what was configured and why for the IT team maintaining the environment to ensure security decisions are documented and reproducible.
Configured Copilot Dashboard — A working dashboard with KPIs defined, baseline measurements established, usage and impact tracking enabled for ongoing visibility into whether M365 Copilot is delivering value.
Adoption Recommendations — A next wave plan, so you can continue the adoption journey independently after Marra leaves.
Copilot Enablement FAQs
No.
Package one (Envisioning & Readiness) is designed for organisations that are still deciding. We help you assess whether your organisation is ready, build the business case, and plan the rollout – before you commit to licences. If you already have licences, Package two (Enablement & Adoption) picks up from there.
Each package involves around a day and a half of workshops, spread over 2-3 weeks. Different sessions involve different people – senior leaders, IT, department heads – so no one person is in every session.
Yes.
Package one is fully standalone. Package two can be delivered on its own, but it works best when Package one has been done first – the readiness findings and business case feed directly into the security configuration and measurement setup. If you only need training, we can provide that.
Yes.
Package two includes broad training for your first wave of users plus deeper sessions for two departments, focusing on the prompts, workflows, and use cases most relevant to that role – for example, finance, HR, or project management.
Any organisation with or considering M365 Copilot. Whether you have 20 licences or 2,000, the service is structured to fit.
