To align with contractual obligations, internal protocols, and commercial legislation, Logical Holdings required a comprehensive solution for managing key internal functions including Gifts and Hospitality, Conflicts of Interest, and Accident Reports. The solution needed to streamline the policy adoption process for both managers and employees and it needed automated approval workflows tailored to the client’s workflow preferences. Scalability was paramount to accommodate the continued growth in the business. The solution, being delivered over desktops and mobile devices needed to be responsive for the screen size variations.
We used agile delivery methodologies to deliver this project and worked transparently with Logical Holdings so that the stakeholders and Marra were clear on priorities and progress being made. We began the work by conducting in-depth discussions to understand Logical Holdings’ specific needs. We employed process flows, UI/UX design, and wireframes to validate requirements and design. Leveraging a team of developers, Marra created a Power App tailored to precise specifications. The solution created included an intuitive user interface and robust functionality.
The responsive Canvas app we developed, integrated with Dataverse for managing the data. Power Automate workflows were utilised to adhere to hierarchical logic, enabling secure and role-based access to both the data and the application. The solution standardised the entry of client Gifts & Hospitality, Conflict of Interest occurrences and Accident Reports. Developed as a Canvas app, the solution worked regardless of their mobile device. The implemented solution streamlined the policy adoption process for both managers and employees, featuring automated approval workflows tailored to the client’s workflow preferences.

The responsive app allowed for a seamless desktop and mobile experience. Rigorous testing and iterative adjustments ensured consistent functionality and usability across all devices, enhancing the overall user experience Marra provided comprehensive training videos to empower users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the solution, this improved and speeded up the uptake of the solution.
