Digital Process Automation (DPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
DPA automates digital processes. They can be added to automatically extract invoices from emails and upload them directly to your finance / invoicing system. RPA automates manual desktop processes. For example, you can automatically duplicate holiday information into a timesheet application and leave request applications.
Our Power Automate work has included building flows to support Power App functionality for a local authority. We built a process to create customer contracts by injecting data into template word documents and then transforming them into PDFs stored in SharePoint.
