Simple application process

If you are applying for one of our tech roles and come from a tech background, our hiring process revolves around a 2-step process. 1 x 90 minute, technical interview and if you are successful, round 2 will involve a 60 minute hiring manager interview. We will communicate with you every 2 days during the recruitment process and will do our best to accommodate your needs. We prefer to conduct interviews in person, we think human connection is important, you get to know us, we get to know you. But we will offer virtual interviews as well, our goal is to put you at ease and ensure you are supported.

Supportive application process for those new to tech

If you’re considering a career in tech for the first time, we’ll invite you to a half-day assessment centre. You’ll meet the Marra team, and in groups with other candidates you’ll do some fun team work activities that involve critical thinking and problem solving. You may have a final interview with us on that day or on another day a week later. This approach allows you to get to know us, and make the right decisions for your next steps.

Immersive training if you’re new to tech

Our immersive 12-week training programme is designed to turn you into a fully fledged Jnr Consultant, App Maker or Data Analyst in a deeply collaborative and supportive environment. You will gain Microsoft Certifications along the way and have access to mentors and regular 1-1 coaching sessions with your team leader. We want you to succeed at every step of the way. Our training programme is market-leading, combining technology learning alongside business skills, culture and some fun! And best of all, you don’t need to pay a penny for it! We invest in you.

Accelerated skills updates for experienced technologists

As one of our experienced technologists, you’ll be a core part of our cohort from the start alongside our new to tech trainees. We know it’s important to take time to onboard, regardless of how experienced you are, so you will benefit from a 6-week skills integration programme, focused on culture onboarding sessions and learning new skills around Microsoft Azure and Power Platform (if you need them). We’d also love you to coach and mentor our trainees too. We’ve hired you for your smarts and experience, so you will land with customers as quickly as possible so you can go and solve some of their biggest challenges.
